Great projects are built in the details, which is why we created our Trade & Custom Design Concierge team.

This group was built specifically to support our talented sales reps, designers and showrooms from concept through completion – helping with samples, custom exploration, product questions, and project coordination along the way. The goal is simple: remove friction so creativity can lead.

Behind that experience, our operations team has also evolved with the same mindset. The focus has been on building trust in what happens after an order is placed—through stronger inventory investment, clearer communication, improved production coordination, and more reliable shipping.

The result is a process that feels more predictable, more supported, and easier to rely on when timelines matter most.
