With the Suratto collection (the Japanese word for slender or slat), Varaluz embraces the wabi-sabi concept of imperfection to create the perfect complement to your interior design. The Suratto 6 Light Foyer in Matte Black/Medium Walnut takes its inspiration from distilled Japanese woodwork and fusuma (vertical rectangular panels), crafted using reclaimed wood with one-of-a-kind variations in grain and markings intrinsic to a re-worked product. As a foyer chandelier, entryway chandelier, or staircase chandelier, the six-light scale fills two-story foyers and grand entries; as a dining room or living room chandelier, Suratto reads designer chandelier rather than stock fixture. Hand-forged from 70% recycled steel; reclaimed wood with hand-applied medium walnut stain; low-VOC paint.
